Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products (CBD, supplements, and handmade bath/body items), we do not accept returns on opened or used items for health and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at coloreswellnessshop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Unopened Items
Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact us to start a return.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, opened CBD products, supplements, and used bath/body items cannot be returned or exchanged.
