Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Handmade bath and body items (soaps, sugar scrubs, body butters) are made in small batches and may take up to 4 weeks to ship if listed as presale — this will be clearly noted on the product page.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship within the United States via USPS/UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Delays
